This is our ode to Dorothy, to the girl who wore ruby slippers, and to Judy Garland, a Minnesota legend whose spirit, talent, and resilience still echo today.
What is the "Cabin Special"? While we don't make the axes and hatchets in this collection we do put the HVRNT spin on them - we call this the "Cabin Special" touch. Each piece is hand-finished in our studio. Thoughtful details give each one that unique character you’d expect to find up at Grandma's cabin.
Note about the cutting edge: Each Snow & Nealley axe and hatchet comes un-sharpened. This is a throwback to all the old axe makers. Traditionally axes came un-sharpened, leaving the edge sharpening to the customer - to sharpen to their desired edge.
